As the first LEED Platinum NBA Basketball Arena and home to the Sacramento Kings, the DOCO development takes up an entire city block in downtown Sacramento.

Paragon began services in 2015 providing project monitoring that included schedule review, forensic auditing, prevailing wage payroll review, executive reporting, community outreach, construction cost management, and safety program oversight. By the summer of 2016, Paragon’s performance allowed for services to expand and grew to a full-time construction management role.

The additional services included schedule 4D modeling for construction progress monitoring, a full-time on-sight construction management team, daily project progress review, change order cost analysis, and RFI and submittal coordination.
