Initially hired by Wells Fargo and Bank of America to monitor their significant investment, Paragon eventually assisted as a CM to complete the largest mixed-use development project in New York City.
The huge project included 3 towers, 1500 condos... 1.5 M sq. ft. of retail, an 8-story parking structure, and a mezzanine city park. Aside from the World Trade Center reconstruction, the Flushing Town Center was at the time, the largest single construction project in New York City.
